These terms apply to every booking made on maafushiadventures.com, by WhatsApp, by email or in person with Maafushi Adventures, a member of Rapid Adventures. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them on behalf of everyone in your group.

A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and you have received a booking reference (MA-XXXXXX) by email or WhatsApp.

Please check your booking details carefully. Contact us straight away if anything is incorrect.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are per person unless stated otherwise.

• Rates depend on group size, guest type (tourist, work permit holder or local) and age.
• Optional extras are charged as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our international payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details.

The lead guest must provide accurate names, nationality and a valid passport or ID number for the group. Local and work permit rates may require proof on the day of the activity.

You can ask to change or cancel a booking by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference.

• More than 24 hours before the start time: full refund or free change of date.
• Less than 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
• No-show or late arrival after departure: no refund.

Sea and weather conditions in the Maldives can change quickly. If our captain decides an activity is unsafe, we will offer you another date or a full refund.

Times may be adjusted for safety reasons without notice.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. Activities leave on time so that other guests are not delayed.

Your safety comes first. Our crew's instructions must be followed at all times.

• Tell us before booking about any medical condition, pregnancy or limited swimming ability.
• Life jackets must be worn where required.
• We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or behaving unsafely, without a refund.

You are responsible for your own belongings, including cameras and phones, during activities. We may take photos and videos during trips and use them on our website and social media. Let us know if you prefer not to appear.

We take reasonable care to run every activity safely. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our control, or by a guest not following safety instructions.

Maafushi is a local island. Please respect local laws and customs: swimwear is for the designated bikini beach and boats, and alcohol is not permitted on local islands.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.
